This notice explains what information the DXL Digital website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. The DXL Digital app will have its own privacy notice when it launches.

Who we are

The website is run by DXL Solutions (Private) Limited, DHA Phase 8, Karachi, Pakistan. Contact us at info@dxl.global.

What we collect

• If you join the waitlist: your name, mobile number, email address if you give one, the date you agreed to be contacted, and the campaign that brought you to the site (for example a social media post).
• When you visit: our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps short-lived technical logs such as IP address and browser type to run and protect the site.
• On your device only: your light or dark theme choice is saved in your browser. It never reaches us.

Why we use it

We use waitlist details only to tell you about the launch of DXL Digital and to invite you to open an account. We use them because you agreed to it, and you can withdraw that agreement at any time.

Who sees it

Our team, and the service providers that host the website and store our contact list for us. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with advertisers.

How long we keep it

Until 12 months after DXL Digital launches, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

Email info@dxl.global to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted. We will reply within 30 days.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies. If we add analytics later, it will stay off until you accept it in a banner, and you can change your mind at any time.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date at the top of this page.
